I can’t say enough about the level of kindness and professionalism, and concierge treatment I received at La Femme. Every single interaction was wonderful. Everyone in the office is top notch. Dr. Mason is a shooting star and fast on her way to surgeon stardom (and maybe as a podcaster as well).  She is an artist and a perfectionist and is also honest, clear, straightforward, and no nonsense. Incredible bedside manner. By my third visit I felt like we were good friends. ☺️ Best of the best. Update: Dr. Mason did fix the problem I had from my surgery and they look much better.  I still have so much pain in the scars on the left side which is disheartening, but overall I am now happier with the results. I had a breast reduction with Dr. Mason.  While the sides where she did lipo did look reduced, my actual breasts never looked that much smaller.  I did end up losing 25 pounds which helped later.  My disappointment is with my nipples.  They look so bad that I am embarrassed to be seen naked now.  One is completely puckered/indented on one side.  I had discussed fixing it with them and I reached out to them to try to schedule through their portal and they never responded to me.  I will probably try to find another doctor at this point to fix it.  The doctor did seem to be a nice, kind person when she did my surgery and she did find a breast doctor to remove the benign tumor I had before she did the reduction (at the same time).

I’m so grateful for Dr. Mason and her team. They made me feel safe, well informed, and genuinely comfortable from start to finish. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and they were able to coordinate my consultation and procedure in the same visit, which made everything so much easier. I traveled from out of state to see Dr. Mason because of her reputation, and she truly lived up to it. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I’ve researched getting a tummy tuck for years, And have had so many consultations, As soon as I went into this office and did my consultation, I knew this was the right doctor for me. The environment is warm and inviting, the entire staff is welcoming and helpful  and Dr. Mason was kind, professional, and caring from day one. Unlike other offices, she listened to my concerns and was open and realistic about expectations for my results and never tried to sell me on anything or pressure me into booking. The pricing was direct and upfront, there were no surprises or “add ons” I received everything I was promised and am so happy I found La Femme. I am only about three weeks out from surgery so I haven’t realized my full results yet however I cannot say enough, good things about this facility. Every single person who works there is helpful,  compassionate and communicative. Dr. Mason’s bedside manner is exceptional. She and her staff walked me through every aspect of the process ensuring I had realistic expectations. Dr. Mason was also very careful to ask probing questions and listen to my response to ensure she was giving me exactly what I wanted Not what she thought I should have. I had no complications thus far and very little pain. From Madison to Genesis and Kara, and the rest of the team I was very well taken care of. I opted to stay over in the surgical facility for peace of mind and I’m glad I did. Tiara looked after me very well and she had a fantastic disposition. She kept a very close eye all night and helped me walk often to ensure I began healing from the get go. Because I’ve not seen my full results yet, I can say that my absolute favorite part is the lymphatic massages with Arlene. Dr. Mason and her team are wonderful to work with. I had my consultation for a breast reduction on 12/11/25, and I was approved by insurance within six days. Dr. Mason and her staff were extremely patient and answered all of my questions, whether in person or over the phone. My procedure was on 3/2/26, and the recovery process has been great so far. I’ve even received follow-up calls from Dr. Mason and her team after surgery, which I really appreciated. On the day of surgery, Dr. Mason and her team walked my mom and me through everything before the procedure started, which made me feel very comfortable and prepared. I’m so happy with the results. The final payment is due at the time of your pre-op appointment. My only issue was that it took the staff a little while to give me an accurate final amount. Also, you may have to pay a deductible for the anesthesiologist, and I didn’t find out how much that would be until the day of surgery. Every experience here is top notch. From the friendly front staff, to the consultation and fee explanation, this staff is as professional and efficient as I have ever seen. There was not a doubt after my consulation wirh Dr. Mason, that she was the surgeon that I wanted to work with. I just had my surgery and could not be more pleased. I had been nervous for months about getting my breast reduction, but Dr. Mason made me feel completely comfortable and confident. She took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and truly cared about me as a person, not just a patient. Her staff went above and beyond — checking on me, keeping me calm before surgery, and making sure I felt safe and cared for afterward. The whole team radiates compassion and skill. I had a breast reduction and upper back lipo with Dr. Rachel Mason, and the entire experience has been exceptional. I previously had a reduction in 2022 with another surgeon who did great work, but I realized I wanted a further reduction. I was referred to Dr. Mason, and I am so glad I chose her. From the first consultation, I felt comfortable and genuinely cared for. The staff is wonderful — Genesis has been amazing to work with, the office manager is warm and relatable, and their lymphatic masseuse is highly skilled. Dr. Mason herself is kind, soft-spoken, humble, and has a wonderful sense of humor. She made me feel heard, supported, and confident in my decision. A thoughtful touch that stood out was the beautifully packaged aftercare gift bag at my post-op appointment — a small gesture that truly made the experience even more special. I’ll continue to see Le Femme for follow-up care and lymphatic massages, and I highly recommend Dr. Mason and her team to anyone considering surgery.
